Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs - OFCCP
OFCCP is responsible for ensuring that employers doing business with the Federal government comply with the laws and regulations requiring nondiscrimination and affirmative action in employment.
Office of Labor-Management Standards - OLMS
The LMRDA was enacted primarily to ensure basic standards of democracy and fiscal responsibility in labor organizations representing employees in private industry.
Office of Workers Compensation Programs - OWCP
The Office of Workers' Compensation Programs administers four major disability compensation programs which provide wage replacement benefits, medical treatment, vocational rehabilitation and other benefits to certain workers or their dependents who experience work-related injury or occupational disease.
Wage and Hour Division - WHD
The DOL Wage and Hour Division administers the wage, hour, and child labor provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act, and programs covering government contracts, farm labor, family and medical leave, immigration, and polygraph testing.
